The VILLAM Language Services office has in-person customer service for its customers.

If you intend to place your order or accept the completed translation in person or if you choose to pay in cash, you can do so in our Budapest office. Before visiting our office, please book an appointment with our customer service. This way, our representatives will be expecting you and will prepare for your visit.

Our office can be reached by email, online and phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In-person customer service is available on business days from 9:00 a.m. till 5:30 p.m.

Location of our customer service office

You can find us in the Danubius House office building at Babér utca 1-5., opposite to Duna Plaza in the 13th district of Budapest. We are located on the 2nd floor, elevators are available next to the reception desk.

Our offices are easily accessible by public transport. Take Metro line 3 and get off at Gyöngyösi utca station. The entrance to the building is just a few meters away.

If you arrive by car, you may park in Babér utca. The parking fee is moderate, HUF 175,-/hour. For mobile parking, enter local code 0135. You can also use the parking lot of Duna Plaza where the first hour is free of charge. You can leave Babér utca by turning either direction on Váci út.
