Our Customer Service is available on site, online and via phone.

Once you have received the quote and picked the translation option and delivery deadline that suits you the most, you have two options to place your order.

Option 1 - Use your account on https://villamtranslation.com

You can review your order by clicking the link sent in the email with your quote. Select delivery and payment options and launch your order.

Option 2 - E-mail us

If you write to us, please specify the translation option you picked, whether you require a certification of translation accuracy and your invoicing details (invoicing name, address).

The translation process will start as soon as payment is made.

If payment is made within three hours of the quotation, the original deadline will be kept. If the payment is made later than this, the deadline will automatically be extended accordingly. If you pay by bank transfer, please send a copy of the bank transfer receipt in an email so that we can start the translation without delay.

We will notify you by email when the translation is ready. You can download the finished translation by logging in to https://villamtranslation.com after the specified deadline. Translations can be downloaded for 90 days after delivery.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued after payment has been made. You will receive our invoices in electronic form as a downloadable file in your account.

Please be advised that translation fees are subject to the current Hungarian VAT rate (27%) if your company resides in Hungary. If your company is located within the EU please provide us with your VAT number.
